Do you deliver in my country?

Please visit our https://www.robertapieri.it/content/1-delivery page for more information. At the moment we deliver to Europe and Extra Europe, USA and Canada. Can I pay with my credit card?

Yes, you can pay with your debit or credit card from any country through our certified and secured Stripe payment. If you have a PayPal account you could also pay through your account or pay with instant paypal checkout method.

Are the bags really water repellent?

Roberta Pieri bags are made with either Nylon or Coated Canvas material that is water-resistant to the water droplets caused by rain, sea water,
or even melted snow. The material does not leave water marks on the surface and is not affected by it. It thus however not protect the inside items if somehow your bag gets drowned in water ( also because he zipper can get water through inside). The innovative water-resistant
material saves the bag texture also from getting worned out, therefore you can make sure your chosen bag lasts a lifetime ( 6 years for sure and still looks like you bought it yesterday) If these conditions do not apply, you can send us your bag back for repair.

Does a cosmetic case come with the bag?

No, the purchase of the bag only includes the dust bag that comes with it, and a leather shoulder strap of a specific model. You can purchase an extra cosmetic case to attach to the bottom hook of the bag
to keep your items safe and organized.We do though a special promotion for members who ordered a bag before from our online boutique, see below:

What is NYLON material?

Nylon is a synthetic fiber material whose main component is resin. Because
nylon has a good overall performance, including functional properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, water-resistant, light and tough, but also can be washed and reused. From an environmental point of view, nylon bags are a very environmentally friendly bag, compared to plastic bags, whose materials can be degraded in the natural environment. Its application range is very wide, and common shopping bags, environmental protection bags, are all nylon bags.

Nylon has both excellent
strength and abrasion resistance, allowing it to stand up to any sport. It has a fantastic elastic recovery meaning that fabrics can stretch to their limits without losing their shape.

What is Coated Canvas material?

Coated canvas is made from a woven fabric, typically a heavy cotton or polyester canvas that is coated with wax or resin and then treated with heat. Coating materials in a permanent way is integral to high-quality designer handbag brands, as it will allow the bag to last much longer than faux leather or polyurethane and is ecologically preferable.

The Roberta Pieri bags made of Coated Canvas (present in the Madison collection) maintain the same high quality standards of the luxury brands, but with a more accessible price over the years and a short supply chain of the material itself.

“The Roberta Pieri Products are carefully packed and the packaging is customized, in order to assure integrity and protection of the goods.
Purchased Products are shipped by the Owner within 3 working days from order confirmation, except if goods are not available. In this case, the Owner shall promptly advise the Client.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination; therefore the
Owner, without prejudice to compliance with the delivery times
indicated, shall not be any case responsible for any delays in delivery
imputable to the carrier or to external factors.

Notice for NON-UE Clients
